The Opportunity
This role is a full‐time On‐Site Customer Relationship Coordinator at Point Cook office. The primary focus is to manage the client experience from site start through to completion of the new home, ensuring a timely and orderly progression through the building process.
Reporting to the Team Leader, responsibilities include:
* On‐site coordination of client files
* Maintain a professional approach in all dealings with clients, face to face, verbal or written
* Ensure all conditions in the Building Contract are met
* Record and maintain accurate and appropriate client discussions and information
* Conduct follow‐up calls when required
* Book site inspections when required
* Effectively communicate and maintain the professional link between clients and site personnel to ensure feedback and resolution
* Maintain customer files with relevant contract, variations and other required documentation
Qualifications & Experience
We're looking for someone with experience in the residential building industry and outstanding customer service experience. Other desired qualifications and skills include:
* Knowledge/experience in the building & construction industry
* Experience in a customer‐focused role with conflict and problem‐management focus
* Framework experience will be favoured
* Proven ability to work in a pivotal customer contact role in a time‐critical environment
* Highly organised with the ability to multi‐task and handle various activities
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
* Proven ability to work in a positive and professional manner in a goal‐oriented environment
