You'll work with a great team, owning and delivering high quality, process driven administration work that keeps critical Council services moving. You'll Work With a Great Team To
* Accurately manage high-volume administrative processes, ensuring applications, certificates and data are completed to strict procedures and service standard
* Maintain and update records across a variety of systems and platforms, ensuring information is reliable, current and compliant
* Coordinate and support a range of administrative tasks across the Division, balancing competing priorities and deadlines
* Provide responsive support and advice to internal teams, building strong relationships and contributing to shared outcomes
* Deliver high-quality customer service by responding to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally
What You'll Bring
* Certificate III in Office Administration, Business or Business Administration
* Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to maintain a large workload with strict deadlines
* Demonstrated skills and ability to relate effectively to a variety of clients offering a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
* Advanced proficiency in business related computer software (Microsoft Office Applications)
* Demonstrated analytical skills
* Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
We Would Also Love You To Have
* Knowledge of Local Government operations (particularly relating to the operational aspect of Planning and Environmental Management and related Property Information operating systems software).

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $67,787 to $78,778.
