Key responsibilities include:

* Identifying new opportunities with local employers
* Understanding unique employment needs of clients
* Collaborating with employers to bridge talent and opportunity gaps
Requirements include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management, problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways.
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.
