Key Responsibilities
Drive the train, prioritizing safety every moment. Complete thorough pre-start checks and required compliance documentation. Prepare, operate and shut down locomotives according to operational procedures.
Communicate effectively with teams in safety-critical environments. Monitor train performance, responding promptly to changing conditions.

Requirements
Essential qualifications: Full Australian working rights and Certificate IV in Train Driving.
Additional requirements: Valid unrestricted Class C licence, Category 1 Rail Medical, Musculoskeletal assessment, and ongoing drug/alcohol compliance. National Police Check (highly desirable). Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster and flexibility to meet operational demands.
