Account Partnership Opportunity
This role involves leading a portfolio of residential real estate agency clients across an assigned region. A consultative solution-selling approach will drive revenue growth, deepen customer relationships, increase new product adoption, and foster brand loyalty to position Domain as a valued business partner.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop close collaborations with key clients' businesses to maintain strong partnerships.
* Enhance client outcomes by offering solutions across Domain's product portfolio.
* Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial meetings and demonstrations to reporting on account performance.
* Present Domain insights to key stakeholders and attend customer events/sales meetings.
* Develop and implement business growth initiatives.
* Support activity for Key Accounts during busy periods.
* Maintain proactive relationships, introducing new and featured products that address client needs.
* Provide exceptional customer service by efficiently resolving client queries and operational/account issues.
* Continuously provide market condition feedback, including competitive activities and potential barriers/opportunities.
* Expand knowledge to become an industry expert on tech solutions for the Residential Real Estate space.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university/college.
* Proven success in B2B consultative selling/account management.
* Experience crafting custom product solutions/bundles addressing specific client needs.
* Enthusiasm and passion for sales with a humble approach to success.
* Ability to negotiate and handle objections, driving win-win outcomes and lasting partnerships.
* Curiosity about data, insights, and all things Real Estate.
* Confidence in public speaking/presenting to client sales teams/decision-makers.
* Drive/resilience to meet sales targets.
* Ability to communicate ROI/business impact through compelling storytelling, making technical concepts easy to understand.
* Owning a reliable vehicle and ability to drive/client visits across the region.
Any combination of sales experience in Real Estate, Media, Advertising, or Software industries is beneficial.
Face-to-face sales experience is also desirable.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM systems or similar would be advantageous.
