Chandler Macleod is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Call Centre Sales Consultant to join a dynamic team at one of Australia's best-known insurers. As a Call Centre Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for responding to enquiries or ROIs from potential customers, promoting our products or services, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls using warm leads to potential customers with the goal of selling our products or services.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Build rapport with customers and establish strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about our products or services.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices to improve overall sales performance.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- The willingness to work and a call centre sales or telemarketing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- an understanding persuasive and effective negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficient computer skills and experience using software systems.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
- Flexibility to work a varying roster between 7am - 7:30pm
