We are seeking passionate EENs and AINs to join our community nursing team, providing person-centred care to clients in their homes and local community. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will support older adults and people with chronic or complex health needs to maintain independence, safety, and quality of life.
Applicants must have valid Australian work rights.
In this role, you will deliver nursing and personal care in line with individual care plans, including observations, wound and medication support (within scope for EENs), personal care, mobility assistance, and support with meals and activities of daily living. You will travel between client homes, maintain accurate documentation, follow infection control and safety procedures, and promptly communicate changes in condition to the RN and wider team.
To succeed, you will have current AHPRA registration as an EEN, or a relevant Certificate III qualification with experience as an AIN, along with strong communication and time-management skills, a driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and the ability to work autonomously while contributing to a supportive multidisciplinary team.
