Main Responsibilities:
* Develop the vision and system for JSM Help Center, leading work forward with your team.
* Makes a significant impact on our products, influencing the future direction of our support channels.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineers, Product Managers, Content Designers, Marketing Experts, and Analysts.
* Champion user-centric design principles, ensuring our customers love how easily our products help them.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in professional UX/product design, implementing user-centered design methods and best practices.
* Passion for storytelling, ability to bring design direction to life with compelling narrative.
* Experience balancing customer needs with business goals, market viability, and technical feasibility.
* Proficiency in designing with tools such as Figma & Mural.
