Responsibilities
This role is offered due to growth and represents a fantastic prospect to join a energetic market‑leading team dealing with high‑quality work.
Act for a broad range of clients including high net‑worth individuals, entrepreneurs, SMEs, listed companies and multinational and an expanding international client base.
Assist senior members of the team with their cases.
Be involved in business development initiatives.
Qualifications
3‑5 years PQE, able to cover a broad range of work across the team and contribute more widely to its growth.
Interest and experience in advising on complex commercial disputes, enforcement of restrictive covenants and shareholder disputes are welcomed.
Excellent technical skills, high attention to detail, and ability to produce consistently high‑standard work/documentation.
Commercially astute, with a client‑focused approach and aptitude for business development.
