Responsibilities
* Software development. Appian BPM Appian components: SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Sites, Web APIs, and Integrations. Appian Plug-ins and Smart Services
* Build and configure packaged software and Software as a Service products
* Contribute to Appian application architecture and design best practices
* Develop and test new components or enhancements to existing applications
* Utilize declarative features to enhance functionality where applicable
* Provide primary support for application releases into production, including deployment planning and scheduling
Skills and Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in Appian BPM (latest version 25.x features hands on experience)
* Expertise in Appian components: SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Sites, Web APIs, and Integrations
* Solid understanding of Appian application architecture and design best practices
* Proficiency in database technologies like MySQL (Joins,Stored Procedures,Functions,Query performance tuning)
* Experience with Appian Plug-ins and Smart Services
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
* Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
* Expert proficiency in Appian Process Automation
* Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies
Highly Desirable Skills
* Appian Certified Senior Developer (Preferred)
* Appian Certified Lead Developer (Highly Preferred)
* Intermediate proficiency in Build Management
* Intermediate proficiency in Configuration & Release Management
* Intermediate proficiency in Design & Build Enablement
