About the Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to support 14 Australian branches across Victoria and South Australia.
As our Health and Safety Coordinator, you will be essential in supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of health and safety systems, framework, and policies.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Monitoring health and safety performance for the Australian operation
* Providing health and safety services to Senior Management, Branch Managers, Supervisors, and staff
* Implementing policy and procedures to ensure legislative compliance
* Supporting all aspects of the injury management process
* Coaching and supporting increased engagement and adherence with policy and procedures
* Working with the wider HR Team to coordinate the onboarding and induction program
* Providing assistance and advice on diverse health and safety issues
