About the Role:

* Provide expert technical support to field service personnel

* Oversee accurate time sheet documentation and subcontract administration
* Develop and provide timely quotations for field service activities
* Promote excellent customer relationships through effective communication and proactive issue resolution

* Proven experience in a similar position with exceptional communication and customer service skills
* Able to navigate complex issues and achieve success
* Attention to detail in documenting and follow-up
* Leadership style prioritizing workplace safety
* Strong understanding of earthmoving equipment or relevant trade qualifications
