You will play a pivotal role in driving culture transformation across Westpac. In this strategic full-time position based in Sydney, you will design and deliver impactful culture initiatives, advise senior leaders, and work with HR colleagues to embed new habits and mindsets. What do I need?
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering key culture and engagement initiatives across the organisation, including:
* Advising and partnering with leaders to address culture and engagement challenges.
* Designing and delivering initiatives that help teams build new habits and ways of working.
* Working with HR COEs (e.g., Performance, Leadership, Talent Acquisition) to align systems and processes with culture goals.
* Using data and feedback to drive action, measure impact, and improve culture and engagement plans.
* Leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of culture initiatives.
