As Client Advisor, you will provide a personalized client experience, build strong client relationships, meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Your Impact
* Provide exceptional client service according to Maison's selling ceremony
* Drive local clients' network growth
* Recruit and convert prospect clients
* Build lasting relationships with clients by bonding with them, understanding their desires, providing advice – 'be memorable' beyond the sales process and providing follow up
* Capture and update all relevant client information, according to the company tools (maintain client books) in order to retain actual clients and detect new (high potential) clients
* Keep in contact with key clients via different channels to arrange appointments/share collection information/product arrivals to grow loyalty
BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
* Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets
* Achieve all sales associate KPIs and CRM requirements
* Focus on cross, up-selling and have strong 'matchmaking' skills for all product categories
MERCHANDISE MANAGEMENT
* Keep track of physical inventory of merchandise and inform manager about product replenishment
VISUAL MERCHANDISING
* Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from VM, in accordance with Maison visual standards
STORAGE AND OPERATIONS
* Proficient and accurate use of POS
* Participate in all inventory, cycle counts and goods receptions
* Ensure store functional maintenance
* Respect stock room guidelines
TEAM COLLABORATION
* Maintain an open, positive and constructive communication with team members
