Student Enrolment Advisor Role
We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Student Enrolment Advisor. In this role, you'll play a vital part in guiding prospective students through their decision-making journey, ensuring they choose the right course for their career ambitions.
About the Job
* This is a full-time position (38 hours/week), with a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, 9am – 7pm AEST/AEDST.
* As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in Australia with a reliable internet connection.
Your Responsibilities
1. Connect with prospective students who have already expressed interest and guide them through the application process.
2. Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries about programs and applications, using your consultative approach to create personalized pathways for each potential student.
3. Transform inquiries into successful enrolments by ensuring you achieve your targets and help us achieve our vision of transforming education and the world.
4. Work independently, adapting your approach to meet the needs of each student, and be a part of a collaborative team that prioritizes connection, learning, and growth.
The Ideal Candidate
* You're a sales and/or customer service professional with proven experience in a similar role.
* You bring natural relationship-building abilities, a proven track record of meeting KPIs or targets, attention to detail, and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Exposure to higher education is advantageous but not required.

Onboarding and Training
* A comprehensive remote onboarding program completed over your first 3 days, followed by 2 weeks of shadowing an experienced Student Enrolment Advisor.
* Ongoing support and training from your Team Leader and dedicated Sales Training team.
