As the Property/Building Manager based in an onsite office, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of a large residential towers located in Gold Coast, Queensland. This is a full-time position that requires you to be contactable 24/7 overseeing the smooth running of the building and ensuring the satisfaction of our residents.
The position salary will be discussion at time of interview based on experience in the job when applying. No onsite accommodation is provided with this role.
What you'll be doing
* Manage the overall operations and maintenance of the residential property, including coordinating cleaning, repairs, and other building services
* Liaise with tenants, address their queries and concerns, and ensure a high level of customer service
* Oversee the management of common areas, amenities, and shared facilities to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
* Conduct regular property inspections and maintain accurate records of the building's condition
* Manage vendor relationships and oversee the work of external contractors
* Assist with the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
* Provide administrative support, including maintaining records, processing invoices, and reporting on the property's performance
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in property or building management, preferably 5 years
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and external stakeholders
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
* Working knowledge of relevant property management regulations and legislation
* Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant IT systems
* A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work
