The role seeks an Associate or Senior Associate with a property, construction and infrastructure law background to join the growing practice. This position is suitable for a property lawyer looking to advance their career in a well-regarded Adelaide firm.
You will work with corporations, SMEs, and property developers on a range of matters.
Responsibilities
- Property development
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Leasing
- Franchising
- Shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and due diligence
- Contract advice
- Major projects and property developer work
Qualifications
- 2 - 5+ years PAE and/or Senior Associate experience
- Experience in a well-regarded practice or in-house role focusing on property or commercial law
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident, capable, and with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
