Head of Secondary (Secondary Program Leader)
Christian Community Ministries (CCM) was established in 2003 to provide administrative, financial, development and human resource services to a growing network of Christian schools throughout Australia. Today, it owns and operates fifteen schools, eight in Queensland, two in New South Wales, one in the ACT, three in South Australia, two in Western Australia and an outdoor education facility. Early Learning Centres are associated with seven of our schools. Approximately 7,600 students receive Christian schooling through CCM. The aim of CCM is to provide a values‐based, Christian education for all who desire it.
As Dunsborough Christian College enters an exciting season of growth, we are seeking a dynamic and committed Head of Secondary (Secondary Program Leader) to play a key role in shaping our developing Secondary School.
Position summary
The position plays a vital role in the leadership of the College, working closely with the Principal to cultivate a culture of excellence in teaching and learning, student engagement, and holistic development – academic, spiritual, emotional, and social. This leader will inspire both staff and students by modelling a love for learning, a servant heart, and a commitment to educational excellence grounded in Christian faith.
As Dunsborough Christian College continues to grow, the role reflects the dynamic and evolving nature of our context. This position is structured to balance a teaching load and administrative leadership responsibilities. The balance ensures the role remains actively engaged in classroom practice while also dedicating sufficient time to lead, support, and grow the Secondary team.

Required Experience
* You must hold a tertiary qualification in Education from a recognised higher education provider.
* You must hold current registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia and maintain this registration for the duration of your employment.
* Prior experience in a Christian school or ministry context will be highly regarded.
