Role Overview:
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of property operations including resident experience, occupancy, financial management, and administration. As Property Manager Operations, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding service to residents and stakeholders while maintaining seamless daily operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Deliver effective financial management by overseeing budgets, optimising costs, and boosting occupancy rates
* Provide exceptional service through the implementation of engagement programs while maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction
* Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and university partners, providing timely updates and reports
* Ensure the property is clean, secure, and well-maintained following all legal and safety regulations
* Recruit, train, and mentor staff to create a positive workplace environment and encourage excellent team performance
About You:
It is essential that you have a minimum of 3 years' experience in property management, student accommodation, or a similar field. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a strong community and cultivating positive relationships with residents and stakeholders. More about you:
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
* Hold or have the ability to acquire a valid and current Agent's Representative Certificate lodged with Consumer Affairs Victoria
* Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement
* Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
