Project Role Overview
As a key liaison between our workshop, sales team, and valued clients, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting workshop operations, ensuring smooth project delivery, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve financial targets.
This critical link will act as the primary connection between clients and workshop teams, monitor workshop activities, report outcomes back to customers, prepare technical reports, calculations, and design solutions, coordinate reverse engineering, liaise with engineering teams, manage estimation processes, liaise with vendors on technical and commercial matters, and drive safety and quality standards across all activities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* A Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required.
* Experience in estimation, contracts, and tenders is essential.
* Proven ability in technical report writing is necessary.
* Experience in cost control, strategy, or project management is desirable.
