Residential Sales Representative Role
Brickworks is seeking a passionate and confident Residential Sales Representative to join its team in the Gold Coast and Northern NSW region.
About The Position
The successful candidate will represent and sell Brickworks building products across residential and landscaping segments.
* Drive sales growth through effective leadership and strategic planning
* Develop strategies that deliver business expansion, exceptional customer service and improved profit margins
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders
* Identify potential customers and manage accounts through a structured sales call schedule
* Create and execute sales plans, activities and campaigns for the territory
* Achieve targets for both volume and revenue
* Communicate new products and price changes
* Support product launches and introductions
* Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve complaints promptly
* Ensure accurate use of our CRM system and stay informed on industry trends
* Comply with WHS policies and promote a safe work environment
Success Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience as a B2B Sales Representative (minimum 3 years)
* Knowledge of the Building and/or Construction industry preferred
* Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Experience using Salesforce CRM desirable
* Effective time management and organisational skills
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer service
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are desirable
