As an Educational Leader, you will collaborate with educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You will deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.

This role requires strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, as well as a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).

**Salary**: $40.27-$63.86 per hour+

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current QLD Working with Children Check
