About the Opportunities
We are looking to hear from Mining Engineers and Technical Leaders across multiple disciplines and experience levels, including:
Production Engineers – Drive safe and efficient extraction, deliver production targets and optimise mine performance.
Drill & Blast Engineers – Design, implement and improve drilling and blasting strategies for optimal recovery and cost control.
Planning Engineers – Deliver short to long‐term mine plans, stop‐ed designs, and scheduling aligned to operational objectives.
Senior Mining Engineers – Lead technical teams, manage production strategies and mentor future engineering talent.
Alternate Underground Managers – Support statutory compliance and underground operations, ensuring safety standards are upheld while assisting with day‐to‐day mine leadership.
Technical Services Superintendents – Management of production, geotechnical, ventilation and project teams, driving performance, continuous improvement and strategic alignment across the operation.

Qualifications:
Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering
Valid manual – C class driver's licence
First class Mine Managers certificate and Quarry Managers certificate is desirable for positions at Superintendent and Management level
