Location: Eastern Suburbs, Sydney
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Type: Ongoing Assignment | High Likelihood of Temp-to-Perm
Join a dynamic Real Estate team in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs as a Receptionist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a polished, professional manner to step into a busy, client-facing role with long-term potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, tenants, and visitors with a positive, friendly attitude
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain office organisation, including scheduling, filing, and data entry
- Assist with tenant enquiries, lease information, and maintenance requests
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless operations
- Manage administrative duties including rent collection and documentation
- Schedule property viewings and meetings
- Keep accurate records of property-related transactions and communications
