Job Description
o Provide administrative support to the business support teams.
o Contribute to streamlining administrative processes for improved efficiency.
o Coordinate and schedule meetings and team events, helping with all preparation.
o Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
o Support the team with travel and accommodation arrangements as needed, as well as general calendar and inbox management.
o Maintain and update company records and documentation with accuracy, data input into CRM system.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Administration Assistant should have:
o No experience necessary, rather interest in the industrial or manufacturing industry.
o Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
o Proficiency in MS Office Suite would be beneficial.
o Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
o A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
o A professional and customer-focused attitude.
