Wood Street Cellars are currently seeking a Bottle shop attendant.
We pride ourselves in running a successful store with a high level of customer service, extensive product range and knowledge.
The role:
We are looking for an energetic, motivated retail attendant to add to our professional team. You will ideally have previous retail experience with specific liquor industry experience being a plus, however this is not a requirement. You will need to have a passion for customer service and want to contribute positively to our team with a strong willingness to learn.
You must have availability for nights or weekends.
Key responsibilities include:
* Must have an excellent ability to communicate, follow instructions and work efficiently.
* Willingness to learn.
* Ascertain customers' needs and wants and provide outstanding customer service.
* Checking of goods inwards and outwards to putting stock away in an efficient manner.
* The ability to carry out moderate to heavy lifting.
* Cash handling with accuracy and efficiency.
* Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
* Maintain a fully stocked store
To be successful:
* Ability to work outside standard 9-5 hours including weekends and evenings.
* Must have an RSA.
* Must have an Australian drivers licence.
* A friendly, team oriented and positive attitude.
* Basic administration skills
Skills advantage:
* Knowledge of POS Systems.
* Previous Liquor Industry product knowledge.
