Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure targets and KPIs are met and exceeded
* When the Store Manager is absent, lead the team independently to set and achieve goals
* Oversee daily operations of customer service, store presentation, housekeeping, security and stock management
Qualifications
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team – be the team's number 1 hype person and the Store Manager's right hand
* Strong alignment with Ghanda's brand and organisational values
* Can‑do attitude, willingness to learn and natural leadership skills
* Desire to give personal best to every shift and inspire others
* Reliable personal transport
* Retail/hospitality experience is desirable but not required – we value attitude over experience
