Role Overview
The role focuses on growing Apple's product and service portfolio within partner stores, delivering excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations, training store staff, and ensuring merchandising standards are met.
Responsibilities
* Engage with authorized Apple resellers to accelerate sales of Apple's product and service ecosystem.
* Speak directly to customers, providing relevant knowledge and value to help them make informed choices.
* Educate and empower store staff on the latest product and service portfolio, delivering an extraordinary customer experience and building a team of Apple brand advocates.
* Drive sales and provide outstanding customer service while delivering individual and group product demonstrations and assisting customers in setting up their new Apple products.
* Ensure Apple's fixtures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
Location and Hours
* Full‐time (38 hours weekly, Wed‐Sun): Malaga 6090 / Joondalup 6027 / Karrinyup 6018
* Part‐time (~29 hours weekly, Thurs‐Sun): Booragoon 6154 / Cloverdale 6105 / Rockingham 6168
Minimum Qualifications
* For full‐time applicants: availability to work on a regular schedule of Wednesdays to Sundays (inclusive of Saturday and Sunday) at partner stores.
* For part‐time applicants: availability to work from Thursdays to Sundays (inclusive of Saturday and Sunday).
