This position will work closely with the Financial Services Teams and operational teams to deliver on all matters relating to the financials of 3Bridges.The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis will oversee the operational areas of the department and drive team satisfaction, retention initiatives, management resources/capacity, financial performance, and demonstrate effective leadership.The role’s responsibilities will evolve and change as the organisation evolves in meeting its strategic objectives.Oversee the effective functioning of all services within the Finance function.Ensure all services operate in accordance with all state and federal regulations and legislation.Accountable for the timely completion of month end processing and in accordance with the requirements of the Management of the organisation.Proactively investigate variances and questions from management arising from Month End and Year End processes.Have a detailed understanding of the work of the Finance team to ensure all opportunities for efficiency and improvement are acted upon.Monitor expenditure and recommend corrective action where necessary.About YouMinimum 5 years’ Accounting and Finance leadership experience.Degree in Business, Administration, Accounting and/or Finance or another related field.Chartered Accountant or CPA qualifications.Proven experience in driving projects with a strong record of achieving results within agreed deadlines.Demonstrated business financial planning experience.About 3Bridges3Bridges is a dedicated For Impact organisation that aims to enhance the well-being of individuals across all life stages.
