The Settler’s Tavern, part of the renowned Laundy Hotels Group, is seeking an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead our busy kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily kitchen operations.
- Plan, develop, and deliver seasonal menus and daily specials.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage stock, ordering, and food cost control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health & safety standards.
- Train, mentor, and roster kitchen staff to build a strong, motivated team.
- Drive efficiency and organisation during peak service periods.
- Collaborate with venue management on budgets and menu innovation.
About You
- Trade qualifications (Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or higher).
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and WHS compliance.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive team culture.
