Competitive salary package with car and phone allowances Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage proposals, appraisals, auction packs, open packs, and compliance documents Liaise with clients, buyers, vendors, internal teams, and third-party suppliers Coordinate photo shoots, marketing materials, and social media campaigns Organize calendars, schedules, and daily operations for the agent Assist with open homes and occasional client events Skills & Experience Previous experience in sales administration, EA, or PA role within the real estate industry is essential to be considered Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional, polished, and proactive, with the ability to work independently COR, reliable vehicle, and valid driver's license required
