Behind every car on the road is a team that makes it possible – and we’re looking for an exceptional Sales and Marketing Specialist to be part of that team.About the Role:This diverse and dynamic role supports Mazda’s vehicle ordering, sales planning, and direct fleet operations. Working at the intersection of data, process, and people, you'll play a vital role in forecasting vehicle flow, managing orders, and enabling our sales and marketing efforts – all while working closely with our State Offices, Dealer Network, and Fleet customers.This position requires a full-time, in-office presence five days a week at our Mazda Australia Head Office in Mulgrave, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting effective teamwork.Key Responsibilities:Forecast and manage stock for Direct Sales and maintain fleet pricelistsTrack incentives, prepare reports, and support strategy documentsProcess orders and assist with fleet customer communicationMarketing Fleet ManagementCoordinate marketing vehicle orders, logistics, and maintenanceSupport marketing fleet requirements across national activities including vehicle availability for events, shoots, and activationsLiaise with state office campaign and material requestsMaintain the Mazda Brand Portal and Digital POS systemManage communications and distribution of marketing assets to dealersMazda Australia Inventory SupportManage annual vehicle stock budgets and monthly forecasts in Hyperion and GVSUpdate production, wholesale, retail, and industry demand inputsAbout you:You’re analytical, collaborative, and outcome-focused, with a strong understanding of sales operations and a proactive approach to stakeholder management.To be successful, you will have:Strong analytical Excel skills – you're confident working with complex data sets.Effective communicator who can collaborate with teams across the business.Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Tenacious, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple priorities.Tertiary qualifications in business or IT, with experience in data systems and reporting tools.Knowledge of VBA or Access is a plus – but not essential.About Mazda Australia:Welcome to MA, where innovation and passion converge to redefine the automotive experience.
