Job Title: Executive Assistant
Provide comprehensive executive support to the Executive Director:
* Manage and coordinate diary, email and travel arrangements.
* Prepare meeting papers, presentations and logistical support.
* Coordinate with other executive support staff on finance, procurement, recruitment, digital and corporate reporting requirements.
* Develop short-term and medium-term view of activities and priorities for effective task management.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
1. Receive, screen, monitor, prioritise and escalate emails and correspondence using initiative and discretion.
2. Manage the Executive Director's diary and meetings to meet business priorities and deadlines.
3. Develop, maintain and improve systems for efficient workflow within the office and group including team meetings, newsletters, intranet / SharePoint pages, room bookings and secretariat support for meetings.

* High level organisational and communication skills, flexibility and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure in a small team environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in partnership with executives and their offices to achieve business results.
* Knowledge of or commitment to quickly acquire knowledge of the role and functions of the Commission to support business priorities.
* Ability and interest in identifying and pursuing opportunities to better support the Executive Director.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and capacity to quickly adapt to new tools.
* Experience providing high-level support to senior leaders in large, geographically dispersed organisations.
