The Role:
Working Monday to Saturday with a day off in lieu, this is a stimulating role that will pipeline your career to become a fully-fledged sales agent in one of the most affluent areas. Assisting with buyers, vendors, prospecting, and sales negotiations, you will be involved in all facets of Sales.
* Prospecting for sales leads across the Inner West
* Database management
* Handling phone and email inquiries from buyers
* Conducting open homes and open-for-inspections
* Attending marketing appointments and auctions
* Client care & buyer follow-up
* Liaising with vendors and buyers, photographers, etc.
* Negotiate sales
The Candidate:
You will be given the opportunity to receive one-on-one training from a highly experienced, successful, and recognized agent. You will have a massive amount of energy and will be ambitious, driven, and hungry. A minimum of 1 year’s Real Estate sales experience is required as well as a Certificate of Registration, a reliable car, and a valid driver's license.
