The Role
* Autonomy: You’ll set technical direction for security operations and identity frameworks.
* Impact: Your work underpins a major security uplift programme.
* Challenge: Complex integrations, evolving threat landscape, and cutting edge tooling.
* Lead advanced security operations and threat management across cloud and hybrid environments.
* Design and implement Zero Trust principles, identity controls, and privileged access strategies.
* Collaborate with technical teams and SOC partners to resolve critical incidents.
* Automate workflows and optimise detection using scripting and modern security tooling.
* Influence architecture decisions and champion best practice across the organisation.
Toolkit
* Threat Protection & Monitoring: Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, KQL, Logic Apps, MDVM.
* Identity & Zero Trust: Entra, MFA, SSO, PAM/PRA.
* OT & Vulnerability Management: Nozomi, Tenable.
* Automation & Scripting: PowerShell, Terraform.
* Cloud Security: Azure security controls and governance.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in enterprise security engineering and operations.
* Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Comfort with high stakes environments and cross functional collaboration.
