Technical Network Operations Specialist
Job Overview:
The role of the Technical Network Operations Specialist is to provide comprehensive support and maintenance services to the NSW Public Safety Network (PSN).
This involves providing technical leadership to the NOCC and field teams in resolving and identifying complex issues and problems.
* Provide level 2 support and resolve incidents associated with problems requiring technical expertise
* Manage all configuration and software changes related to the P25 network and site-related equipment
* Elevate issues to level 3 support when necessary
* Perform level 2 support and maintenance of supported customer systems
* Develop proposals for addressing issues that cannot be resolved within the scope of services
* Collaborate with clients to resolve any issues or problems as required

Managing and maintaining the health, performance, and capacity of the PSN.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks and vulnerabilities within the network.
