Site Maintenance Officer - ( WAR )
Responsibilities
Efficient maintenance & cleaning of our head office and warehouse spaces
Complete all minor maintenance works
Assist within our warehouse with manual handling as required
Perform regular cleaning of warehouse floors, storage areas, and loading docks
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of amenities, including bathrooms, lunchrooms, and common areas
Conduct routine inspections and minor repairs of fixtures, fittings, and building surfaces (e.g., replacing light bulbs, repairing shelving, patching walls)
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and maintenance materials
Identify and report any hazards or equipment requiring specialist repair
Ensure waste is disposed of appropriately, including recycling and hazardous materials handling (if applicable)
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
Valid Forklift License (LF) – benefit but not mandatory
Proven experience in cleaning and maintenance, or a similar role
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Understanding of workplace health and safety practices
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
Solid attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
