Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for this newly created and diverse role to grow market share through developing and implementing the sales plan for the WA region. Working independently from your home office, around fifty per cent of your time will be dedicated to visiting new and existing customer locations across WA.
**Reporting to the General Manager ANZ key deliverables include;**
- Developing an overall market plan and strategy for the WA region, taking into consideration existing and new markets across the range of products
- Evaluating and analysing sales plans and budgets with a view to increasing performance
- Attending trade shows, client events, exhibitions and business reviews, ensuring customer satisfaction and identification of new opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships and providing technical support
**To be considered for this pivotal position, you will;**
- Have experience in and good technical knowledge of the industrial pump industry or a relevant product sector
- Possess an established track record in developing and driving strategic sales plans in line with corporate values and objectives
- Have proven experience in end-to-end new business development, achieving growth targets
- Have excellent communication and engagement skills with the ability to effortlessly develop positive relationships with a diverse group of key stakeholders
- Possess exceptional problem-solving and organisational skills with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and hands-on
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business or relevant degree preferred
