Reporting to the Head of People and Capability, we are looking for someone passionate about recruitment and the general HR functions to join our rapidly growing business You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of roles across our business including professional, undergraduate and volume recruitment.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
* Provide advice and guidance to leaders on recruitment and selection activities
* Be the key contact and build strong relationships with leaders in the business
* Assist in the talent management quarterly review process and oversee the WH & S framework (previous experience is not required for this)
* Support talent, employer branding, recruitment strategy and HR projects alongside the team
What we'll love about you:
With a couple of years' (or more) of experience in a recruitment role previously, you will come with a good understanding of the fundamentals of best practice talent acquisition. You will be intuitive, curious and proactive in your approach. Ideally, you will have an interest in learning and growing in other aspects of HR. In addition, you will:
* Have the ability to negotiate, influence and gain credibility with your stakeholders
* Be a proactive problem solver and have the ability to think outside the square
* Excellent organisation and administration skills
