About the Role
As our Social & Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the social media presence for Repco, NAPA, and Sparesbox. Your role involves creating engaging content, fostering community interactions, executing social media strategies, collaborating with influencers, and monitoring trends to keep our brands relevant and exciting.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Implement the content calendar aligned with campaigns, messaging, and business objectives.
2. Plan and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
3. Collaborate with influencers and content creators to enhance brand exposure and advocacy.
4. Coordinate with agencies to develop innovative ideas.
5. Partner with marketing, merchandise, and sponsorship teams to support campaigns, product launches, and sponsorships.
6. Utilize our Supercars partnership to deliver exclusive behind-the-scenes content and highlight key moments.
7. Stay updated on social media trends and introduce innovative ideas.
8. Engage actively with our audience, building a loyal community of car enthusiasts.
9. Analyze content performance and optimize strategies to increase engagement and reach.
What We’re Looking For
1. At least 3 years of experience in marketing.
2. Proficiency in social media platforms, trends, and content planning and execution.
3. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
4. Strong analytical skills to track and optimize content performance.
5. Organizational skills to manage calendars, creators, and last-minute trends.
6. Passion for cars and automotive culture is highly desirable.
