Job Summary
As the ultimate leader of a lululemon store, you will be accountable for every aspect of retail performance, delivering world‑class guest experience, fostering an inclusive culture and developing the team. You report to the Regional Manager and ensure the store aligns with company values and directives.
Core Responsibilities
* Leadership and People Management
o Create a respectful, inclusive team culture celebrating differences.
o Establish a clear store vision and cascade it to all team members.
o Drive talent strategy: hire, onboard, develop, and retain a diverse team.
o Provide coaching, feedback, mentoring and performance management.
o Address employee concerns and partner with internal support when required.
* Guest Experience And Community
o Lead exceptional customer experience with product education and coaching.
o Manage in‑store team for optimal guest service and operational support.
o Resolve escalations and urgent requests promptly.
o Build brand awareness via community partnerships and local ambassadors.
o Drive community strategy by planning/implementing local initiatives.
* Operations, Product and Strategy
o Execute visual merchandising, product strategy and company initiatives.
o Monitor inventory, shrinkage and manage product deliveries.
o Plan and execute quarterly and seasonal store plans, budgets, and labor.
o Manage P&L, maintain sales, budget and labor targets.
o Lead from the floor, coaching staff to meet business, team and guest needs.
o Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
* Budget Responsibility
o Accountable for controllable budget, labor hours and annual sales plan target.
* People Management
o Lead all store leadership roles and oversee hiring and termination of employees.

Requirements
* Legal authorization to work in Australia.
* Reliability to travel to store and dependable transportation.
* Full‑time, 38 hours per week with variable schedule—mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
* Minimum 1 year of people‑management experience (recruiting, hiring, performance management).
* Minimum 1 year managing retail operations, scheduling, labor management and project oversight.
* High school diploma (required) or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is preferred.
* Experience: at least 2 years retail or sales‑specific management.
* Work in a bright, loud environment that requires team collaboration, conflict mediation and relationship building.
* Ability to move through a store, sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
