Project Coordinator Job Description
The Project Coordinator will be based in our Brisbane Head Office, with regular site visits as required.
This high-paced position is responsible for planning and overseeing construction projects, managing a small team on-site and in the Brisbane office.
* Coordinate project preparation to optimize working programs and meet objectives.
* Capture and analyze project information to inform internal meetings.
* Present information for internal meetings on the project.
* Prepare tender plans to support bids.
* Assist the Project Manager in compiling major project plans and execution schedules.
* Establish client relationships through presentations and effective communication.
* Coordinate detailed construction schedules and project plans.
Requirements:
* Experience in the Mining Industry (highly regarded).
* Proven experience with resources-related multi-discipline scopes and tendering.
* Previous experience using Primavera (P6) project planning tool.
* Construction project experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
