Your Impact
* Partner with our regional leadership and serve as a subject matter expert around talent for teams by understanding hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements
* Create and execute search strategies to source active & passive candidates through industry research, networking, cold calling, and complex internet searches
* Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruiting process with a high level of integrity, attention to detail and proactive communication
* Negotiate with the selected candidate on salary, advantages, and other terms of employment
* Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Your Toolkit
* 5+ years of technical Recruitment experience
* Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles in various countries across APAC (including but not limited to Japan, Australia, Korea, Singapore)
* Excellent interpersonal skills with valuable negotiation tactics
* Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
* Successful track record of achieving targets such as deadlines, KPIs and other goals as defined
