Harrison Agents Launceston is seeking both an experienced Residential Portfolio Manager and a Portfolio Assistant to join our high-performing Property Management team.

About the roles
You'll be part of a supportive, fast-paced environment where collaboration and professionalism are key.
As a Portfolio Manager, you'll take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio, working closely with clients and tenants to deliver a seamless experience.
As a Portfolio Assistant, you'll provide vital support to our Property Management team, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of portfolio coordination and client communication.
Your responsibilities may include:
* Managing and maintaining a residential property portfolio (for PM role)
* Assisting with leasing, inspections and tenant communication
* Coordinating maintenance and compliance requirements
* Preparing and processing documentation through PropertyMe, DocuSign and related systems
* Supporting the Property Management team with administration and marketing tasks

About you
You're a natural communicator who enjoys solving problems and creating positive experiences for clients. You bring:
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* A professional, proactive and adaptable approach
* Confidence using Google Suite, PropertyMe and DocuSign
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
* Previous property management or administration experience (preferred but not essential)
* A current Property Representative Licence, or the ability to obtain one
