What we offer you:

Some of your key tasks will include:
- Ensuring all personnel maintain safe systems of work.
- Planning activities in accordance with standards and to minimise inefficiencies.
- Direct and coordinate the workforce for electrical requirements of the contract.
- Understanding of risk management, quality assurance and control.
- Participate in safety investigations, reporting and discussions.
- Participate in Quality Assurance audits.
- Liaise with client and contractor representatives.
- Monitor relevant site instruction to ensure costs are captured and agreed to.
What you need
We need someone with at least 3 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor and a WA A Grade Electrical Licence. You’ve led teams to success and consistently deliver results with the following strengths:
- A strong commitment to safety – it’s at the heart of everything we do!
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid leadership, negotiation, and dispute resolution abilities
- Superb organisational and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
- CPR/LVR certificate (issued within the last 12 months)
- A white card and valid Australian Drivers Licence are a must
- Working at Heights (within 2 years)
- RTIO Inducted
- s26 Trained
- SCEE will arrange Inductions and additional training if required*
