Reporting To
Estimating & Supervising Manager and Estimating and Supervising Leads.
Key Responsibilities
* Estimate, schedule, and supervise trades and repairs.
* Provide comparative quotes and estimates to our insurance partners.
* Review and compile content from specialist & trade reports for submission to our insurers.
* Build trade and supplier relationships and rapport.
* Ensure quality and cost management.
* Meet client KPIs.
Customer Service
* Deliver exceptional service with excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Build strong relationships and effectively resolve challenges.

What is Essential
* Insurance building industry experience is highly regarded.
* Experience in estimating, scheduling, and supervising trades and repairs (insurance‐related preferred).
* Knowledge of National Construction Code, Building Regulations, and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
* Competence with repair management systems, Microsoft Office, and a quick learner of new systems.
* Keen eye for detail in interpreting scopes of work.
* Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail ensuring the highest quality of repairs.
* Proactive and team‐oriented with a commitment to safety.
* Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Residency.
