About the Role:
Are you experienced in supporting the Fiserv Signature platform and ready to take your expertise to the next level? We are looking for a skilled and proactive
Platform Support Analyst
to join our team and provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for our mission-critical banking systems.
In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to resolve complex technical issues, enhance platform performance, and ensure seamless system operations. You'll play a key role in supporting and maintaining the Signature Core Banking System (CBS) and its associated modules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide
Level 2 and Level 3 support
for the Fiserv Signature platform, ensuring timely issue resolution.
* Work with internal teams, vendors, and customers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
* Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability and stability of the platform.
* Analyze escalated incidents and service interruptions, resolving them in line with
SLAs
and business needs.
* Conduct
root cause analysis (RCA)
and document findings with corrective and preventative measures.
* Assist in applying patches, upgrades, and deploying new releases.
* Ensure seamless integration of Signature modules with other applications through cross-functional collaboration.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 2–3 years
of hands-on experience supporting the
Fiserv Signature platform
, particularly
Signature CBS (Aperio)
.
* Familiarity with key modules:
* Signature CRS
* Signature Branch Teller
* Signature Evolution Microservices
* Signature CBS Communicator
* Signature Frontier Reconciliation
* Strong troubleshooting and configuration skills across the Signature platform.
* Experience using
AppDynamics
and
Splunk
for monitoring and issue investigation.
* Solid understanding of
ITIL processes
(Incident, Problem, Change Management).
* Experience with
Oracle databases
and ability to write and interpret
basic SQL queries
.
* Excellent
analytical and problem-solving
skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
* Effective
communication skills
, capable of translating technical details for various audiences.
