Meet our sales team

Our vibrant team at Hotondo Homes South Coast is driven by retaining our position as the leading new home builder on the South Coast.

Whilst the construction market is challenging most, we are pushing hard with a strong pipeline of client projects. This dynamic and fast paced position joins our sales team of four Brett & Shya our New Homes Consultants along with Zac & Kaige our other New Home Sales Administrator.

Coming from a strong customer service and administrative background herself, Kaige has loved the transition into new home sales. "There's always something different and new, no two clients are the same" she says.

A critical role for our business

Known for our exceptional customer service, with seven years in a row award winning; the new home sales administrator is a critical part of our customers' experience. From responding to client queries with promptness and professionalism, to assisting consultants with CRM database management, arranging client appointments, diary management, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy for client documentation and so much more, this is a critical, client-facing role, for our business.

Career growth and development

We invest in the training and development of our team; we know it's why our team is so successful. "It's such a supportive environment, everyone is always there for you", says Shya. "If you make a mistake, you're taught how to fix it, not chastised" says Kaige.

Whilst a background in home-building or a related industry would be outstanding, this is not an essential pre-requisite with detailed training provided across every aspect of the role to ensure our newest team members' success.

Essentials for success

What is essential, is high levels of energy and self-motivation coupled with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment.

Working out of our award-winning display homes across the South Coast, including weekends, we are seeking a well-presented, professional new team member, self-driven to work independently and motivated to work as part of our supportive, high-performing team.
