* Drive the overall performance of your branch by providing coaching, mentoring, leadership, and direction to a highly engaged team.
* Lead sales activities to achieve business objectives by proactively identifying cross-sale opportunities.
* Deliver an exceptional, consistent, and engaging customer experience to our customers and partners; ensure that your team understands the importance of seizing every opportunity to build customer advocacy.
* Maintain the established standards, procedures, and systems across the branch.
* Manage performance and strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider Retail division.
