- Oversee the daily sizzle – rosters, inventory, training, and performance
- Make sure every piece of chicken is served to Original Recipe standards (aka: safe, fresh, hot, and delicious!)
- Keep your restaurant running like clockwork with a sharp eye on food safety, hygiene and WHS
- Drive results like a boss – boosting sales, managing costs, and making smart decisions
